• Prep Time – 15 minutes

Recipe:

  1. Unload Dasajwala Babukaka Surti Locho Mix into a bowl and take out the sachet from the packet.
  2. Add 200 ml water to the mix and whip it well until the batter becomes smooth like a thick paste.
  3. Keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Add 20 ml oil to the rested mixture.
  5. Add the sachet powder and whip it well again.
  6. Grease the plates with oil and pour the batter evenly.
  7. Steam on high flame for 12 minutes.
  8. Let it cool slightly, then cut or crush it as per your serving style.
