Recipe :

  1. Take Dasajwala Babukaka Dhokla Mix in a vessel and add 280 ml water. Mix well to prepare a smooth batter.
  2. Add crushed green chillies, ginger, and garlic as per taste.
  3. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes, then stir well before use.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased plate.
  5. Steam for 15 minutes until soft and cooked through.

Tadka:

  1. Heat 20 ml oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and asafoetida.
  3. Pour the hot seasoning evenly over the steamed Dhokla.
