Recipe :

  1. Take Dasajwala Babukaka Idada–Idli Mix in a bowl.
  2. Add 250 ml water, 1 teaspoon oil, and crushed ginger-chilli as per taste.
  3. Whip the mixture well until it becomes a smooth batter.
  4. Pour the batter into pre-greased Idada moulds.
  5. Sprinkle pepper powder evenly on top.
  6. Steam on full flame for 10–12 minutes.
  7. For Idli, pour the same batter into an idli stand and steam for 10 minutes.

Tadka:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add sesame seeds or mustard seeds.
  3. Pour lightly over the steamed Idada for added flavour.
