Recipe :
- Unload Dasajwala Babukaka Nylon Khaman Mix into a bowl and take out the sachet from the packet.
- Add 200 ml water to the mix and whip it well until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free.
- Keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes.
- Add 20 ml oil to the rested batter.
- Add the sachet powder to the mixture and whip it well again.
- Grease the plates with oil and pour the batter evenly.
- Steam on high flame for 12 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly, then cut into neat pieces.
Tadka:
- Heat 50 ml oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and chopped green chillies.
- Pour in 150 ml water and add 50 g sugar.
- Heat the mixture for 2 minutes.
- Pour the tadka evenly over the cut khaman pieces.
